This weekend is looking mostly sunny, so why not h This weekend is looking mostly sunny, so why not head outdoors and visit a tree that’s captured your heart?

Maybe it has a dramatic history, a canopy that stops you in your tracks, brings people together or provides a home for other living things.

It doesn’t have to be the biggest or oldest. It could simply be a significant tree that holds a special place in your heart or your community.

If it’s located in Victoria and already listed on the National Trust Register of Significant Trees, take a photo and tell us why you think it should be the 2026 Victorian Tree of the Year.

Nominations close Sunday 30 August 2026.

Find your tree and nominate via the link in our bio.
