Beleura House and Garden

Enjoy one of Victoria’s last surviving classic Bayside villas, the home of composer John Tallis.
Built in 1864 by James Butchart, the wealthiest man in the colony of Victoria, Beleura comprises twelve acres of pleasure gardens surrounding a Classical style villa designed by architect Joseph Reed.

A monthly music program presents concerts by nationally acclaimed performers and pianists.

Beleura is an associated property with the National Trust. Members receive discounted entry.

Visit

Beleura is open for bookings for Morning Tea Tours and Full Day House and Garden Tours which are fully catered. Individuals and groups of 45 or less are welcome. All visitors must pre book through the official Beleura website.
